Both parents are full time working with varying shifts .
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny who are flexible with the shifts including nights at times. We both work in NHS and have night shifts and weekend duties, so there may be occasional nights where both of us have to work . Otherwise weekends help would be required atleast twice a month. Indian would helpful as it’s a Indian household, but not necessarily required.
