Caitlin has been so wonderful to us! She is always early and follows the routine guidelines we gave her. She even goes above and beyond and will even tidy up our home if she has extra time, even though it’s not part of what we expect from her. She is very caring and interactive with the girls. Every time she comes over, there’s always a smile on her face. Both of our girls adore her and get excited when they hear she is coming over to play. Caitlin is also honest, flexible and very personable. I would recommend her to anyone!
