Single mum to a wonderful little girl who is 4 years old. I am a communication and family therapist. I also run a speech and language therapy company providing therapy to SEN schools. I believe in gentle parenting and in children leading their own learning and development at their own pace. I have a very open-minded and holistic belief system and bring this into my parenting with my daughter.
My Requirements
Looking for a babysitter/nanny who can work within our family, which includes part time with grandparents, to provide reliable childcare support for us.
The post is based in Exeter and Exmouth. Car driver essential.
As an absolute essential, we need someone for regular Saturday mornings during term-time from 9.30-11.30 (but occasionally a bit longer until 1.30/2). This is to start asap.
We’re also looking for someone who could be available for some nursery pick ups and drop offs up 3-4 days of the week.
A bonus would be someone who is occasionally available to do overnights perhaps once a month. But this isn’t essential.
Also happy to split these hours between a couple of different people.
Hours stated below are a rough indication. I can currently pay a rate of around £13/hour. The overnight rate would be a flat charge of £50/night for the hours my daughter is sleeping. Fuel for the hours when my daughter is with you is paid at £0.35/mile.
The position would suit someone who is happy to work on a self employed basis.
