Hello, my name of Aliya and I am a caring, friendly and reliable childcare professional with around six years of experience working with children in nursery settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to learn and develop. Through my experience, I have developed strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills and have built positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. I am patient, approachable and confident adapting to the individual needs of each child, while always ensuring their wellbeing and safety are a priority. My Experience
I have around six years of experience working within childcare, mainly in nursery settings, where I have cared for and supported children of different ages and abilities. Throughout my experience, I have been responsible for supporting children with their daily routines, planning and taking part in engaging activities, encouraging learning through play and helping children develop their confidence and independence. I have experience creating safe and welcoming environments, following safeguarding procedures and ensuring each child’s individual needs are recognised and supported. I have also worked closely with parents and colleagues, providing updates on children’s days and building positive and trusting relationships with families. Working in different nursery environments has made me adaptable, confident and comfortable settling into new teams and routines quickly.
My Qualifications
I completed my paediatric first aid in August 2026 and I have a current DBS in place on the update system. I am studying for my level 3 childcare qualification as well as doing a degree through the Open University. I have done many safeguarding and food hygiene courses.
My Availability
My availability is flexible.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (net)
Sleep sitting rates (babysitting while they sleep)
£12 for 1 child ph
£14 for 2 children ph
Babysitting/rates
£15 for 1 child ph
£20 for 2 children
