About Me

My name is Lauren paeckmeyer

I am very compassionate and caring, and I love helping people in anyway I can. I hold a full UK driving licence. I love caring and looking after children and supporting them with their development.

I hold a level 3 in early years education and children and young people work force.

I am extremely passionate towards supporting children and family’s, I have over 6 years working with children, providing 1:1 support to support the children’s individual needs.

My Experience

I have been working with children for 7 years. I love caring and looking after the children and supporting them with their development. I am naturally a very kind and caring person and extremely passionate about my career with working with children and I love that everyday is different. I enjoy planning my teachable moments for my Key Children, observe their development and write up assessments, enable learning through play, and liaise with and feed back to the parents regarding their child’s wellbeing and development. I would love to continue and progress my career with working with children and to make a difference to Children and young peoples lives and to also support the family’s.
