About Me

Hi - I’m Vicky and I am looking to offer weekend/evening babysitting!

I have spent all of my career so far, working directly with children and families to navigate some of the most difficult and unexpected times of their lives. I currently work within a healthcare setting, and I love what I do. Previous to this I worked in a school for children with additional needs, and previous to this, I was a regular babysitter for two families (6 children. Aged 9 months - 14 years).

I am a compassionate, nurturing, dependable, patient, open, kind and bubbly individual.
I love being outdoors, reading, cooking, trying new things and learning from others. I like to have fun and be creative.

I feel it is important to offer a unique, fun and enriched environment. Allowing children to grow, explore and learn is such a rewarding experience - and I learn so much from them too!

I am very conscious of ensuring open conversations, asking questions and learning children’s routines to continue to promote this at home as appropriate, and ensure families are reassured and comfortable. I am very adaptable and enjoy children’s uniqueness!
