About Me
*Please note that I am currently babysitting on Wednesdays, dog-sitting on weekends and teaching the rest of the week so am no longer available! I may be available from September and would love to discuss this with you if you are interested.
I am a primary school teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an enhanced DBS check on the update service. I have been working with children for 3 years in Ofsted rated ‘Oustanding’ schools and I am currently employed in a private preschool for children and babies aged 1-6 years old. I love caring for little hearts and minds and I can’t see myself doing anything else!
I am offering nannying, babysitting and educational services to families live out around my teaching job. The school which I work at follows the French education system and so I am available for 2 weeks during school holidays, rather than the usual 1 week. I live in Chafford Hundred and can provide childcare in your home or my own.

My Experience
I am trained at postgraduate degree level (NVQ 7) and experienced with children and babies from one year old. My job involves changing nappies, feeding children and practicing safe sleep and I am responsible for teaching my own curriculum with a speciality in early years phonics. I work in two classes, one with babies and toddlers and the other with children at Nursery and Reception age. I have previously worked as a full-time Reception teacher and as a supply teacher with children up to 7 years old.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified teacher with up-to-date training in paediatric first aid, food hygiene, safeguarding and safe sleep. I have taken on all of the responsibilities of a childcare professional in my years employed with children.
