About Me
I live in the Rushall area of Walsall along with my husband and our beagle dog ( please take this into consideration if your child has any allergies).
As of April 2024 , my husband Darren took on the role as my assistant childminder.
We offer a home from home environment, and the children really do feel at home here.
I love my role as a childminder, and seeing them develop into the happy, confident little people they become after being in my setting is a pure joy :).
I have a great amount of knowledge and understanding of children's needs and development, which I keep updated with courses and weekly webinars. Children learn from play and explore their experiences and discoveries, so I provide activities and opportunities for the children in my care to achieve and develop to the best of their ability and developmental stage.
I carefully plan activities; indoor and outdoor, outings & visits and follow the child's individual interests and needs while following EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) guidelines and legal requirements with all children 5 years and under.

- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Daily Rate of £42 per day (7 1/2 hours pd)

I honestly could not wish for better people to care for and love my little boy like Annmarie and Daz do, and lovely little Storm!
My boy has been enjoying his days of fun and learning there for nearly two years, and every single time I pick him up, he has a big smile on his face and he’s so excited to tell me how much fun he’s had! On days he doesn’t go, he asks to go and see Annmarie and Daz, and if we drive past the end of their road, he’s waving and shouting hello to them! He absolutely adores them!
The level of support, help, and guidance has been unmatched with him having previous speech delay, and he has progressed so much in all areas since being with them. His confidence has gone through the roof too which shows just how much thought, care, attention, and love goes into every single day.
He has made some lovely bonds with his friends there too and absolutely loves the adventures they go on, as well as all the fun and fabulous activities they do day to day. I just love seeing all his observations and I am always a little jealous of how much he does! Everything is so well thought out!
I genuinely can not even begin to cover how valuable Annmarie and Daz are to us, and any child who has these tremendously special people in their lives is truly blessed.
I’ll never be able to express just how thankful I am to have found such exceptional, wonderful, caring, kind, and wholesome people to be a part of my boy’s journey! ❤️

Annmarie is fantastic, all 3 of my sisters children went to her and now my son has followed in their footsteps. He has been going to Annmarie since 12 months old until recently starting school nursery but often talks about her and visiting in the school holidays. Everything Annmarie does is caring and nurturing but also exciting for the children to keep them interested whilst learning at the same time, she really takes every child in to her heart and makes sure they are comfortable and enjoy being with her, I really can’t recommend her enough!

AnnMarie has nurtured both my children, currently looking after my 2 year old son. My daughter left for school nursery 2 years ago but AnnMarie kept in touch even buying her Christmas presents.
She loves the children in her care like they are her own and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else look after my children. She provides a warm, loving, caring, safe environment for the children to develop and grow.
She is passionate about healthy eating, child development and learning through play. There are regular updates on the portal in regards to what the children have been doing and eating throughout the day along with much loved art work and crafting sent home on a regular basis.
I highly recommend AnnMarie as a the person to look after anyone’s children.

Annmarie is incredibly nurturing, creating a warm safe environment that both my children looked forward to everyday.
Communication is outstanding, she kept us informed about activities, meals and any notable milestones.
Our boys thrived under her guidance and we feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful childminder who genuinely cares for each child’s wellbeing.
Annmarie’s positive impact during their early years has been so profound that, despite the boys being of school age, we maintain regular contact.
