About Me
Hello! my name is Elise, I'm a qualified early years practitioner and have a social work degree. I done 4 placements in these two educational settings. A nursery, primary school, fostering agency and help and protection. I have been a 1-1 support worker in a respite service for individuals with additional needs for 2 years and have recently got a job in a residential childrens home for children with additional needs.
I can drive and I have a little 4 seater car, so school runs and trips out are no issue for me.
I have a DBS for adults and children and I am on the update service! my most recent DBS was for my new job and this was completed in September 2026.
I'm not afraid to be silly and have fun. It's part of the job! I'm quite imaginative and can adapt to my surroundings quite quickly. I love to encourage learning in a fun way!

I am more looking for one off baby sitting jobs at the moment, for date nights, breaks or just you time. Please feel free to ask availability.
My Experience
I have worked in a primary school for ages 4-5 and a nursery for 0-5 both for a year each. I was a 1-1 for SEND indivuals at my previous job for 2 years, for people aged 3+ (including young people and adults). I have previously had first aid training, making a total of 5 years of childcare experience! I have also worked in Hospitality for 3 years in the past as well as a private fostering agency and done placement in the statutory help and protection.
I have now got a new job as a residential childrens worker for children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
I am level 3 qualified in childcare, I studied T-levels and qualified in early 2023. In May 2026 I graduated from university with my BA Hons soical work degree.
I also have my pediatric first aid in the past, as well as other trainings such as moving and handling training for wheelchair users and people with mobility struggles, and positive intervention training to keep myself and others safe.
My Availability
I am available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as I work as a 1-1 Thursday to Sunday. However, I am able to discuss potential supporting the late afternoon/evenings of these days after 5pm.
Once again, I am mainly looking for one off or every now and then respite.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
