About Me

Hi! My name is Sam and I am a nanny based in Menai Bridge in North Wales. I have previous experience nannying for children from ages 1 to 14, and experience caring for children of all ages in a hospital setting, which I gained during completion of my nursing degree. I love spending time with children: helping them to learn about the world around them and ensuring they always feel safe and confident. Personally, I love spending time outside, exploring my local area and being creative. I have a full driving license and my own car and am a competent cook.

My Experience

I have previous nannying experience, working with different children including those with chronic illnesses and learning disabilities.. As a trained children's nurse, I have extensive experience working with children in a healthcare setting. I am skilled at communicating with children in a range of environments and have experience helping them manage their emotions and worries. I am creative in planning exciting and engaging activities for different ages of children, whether that is within the home or out and about. I am passionate about enabling children to be curious, self-assured and kind and helping them reach their full potential.

I am currently available for part-time nannying. Ideally, core hours would be weekdays, with the flexibility for some weekend or overnight work if required.
