Hi, I’m Lucy :)
I am currently studying a law and counseling degree after deciding to step away from primary school teaching. I am looking to move from employed work to child minding that has a level of flexibility as I do study from home.
My Experience
I grew up in a super large family, I’m the eldest of 10! so I’ve had a lot of practice. I am a level three community sport and health officer which allowed me to work with children surrounding their health in primary schools. I loved my job but, decided I wanted to work with children on a deeper counseling level which is what I am now studying towards. Whilst studying I have a part-time job but am looking to step away from this to have more freedom and flexibility. I have looked after an amazing little girl in the evenings for almost a full year and they have relocated so I’m looking for my next family to work with.
My Qualifications
Level 2 Counseling skills
Level 3 Community Sport health officer
Currently studying towards an undergraduate law degree.
My Availability
This is theoretical availability as I’d like to find the right family before leaving my job. Ideally I’d like to work Monday-Friday and would be more than happy discussing evenings/overnight stays should this be needed.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
My general base rate is £12 an hour. I do charge an additional fuel fee if driving to activities/school pick ups or drop offs are needed.
