About Me

I am currently looking for a wonderful Private Family Tutor & Nanny for our CEO's family based in Oxford.
The family has a 10-year-old daughter who needs after-school care, academic support, and occasional tutoring in English and Maths. We are looking for someone with a strong educational background, ideally with teaching or private tutoring experience, who is caring, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
The ideal candidate would be interested in a long-term position, able to build a close and trusting relationship with the child, and support her academic progress, personal development, and extracurricular interests.
The role includes school pick-ups and drop-offs, accompanying her to extracurricular activities, providing homework support, organising educational and creative activities, and occasionally preparing simple meals. Experience in 11+ preparation, arts, or music would be an advantage, and the ability to play the piano would be a bonus.
Working hours: Approximately 2pm–7pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends arranged in advance.
Pay: £30–£35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
