One of a kind

In my partner's words, "Kelly is a godsend". I read a recent review that described Kelly as an extended member of the family and that is exactly how it feels. Our daughter started with Kelly at only 7 months old and had been with Kelly for nearly 2 years until we moved outside of London. We are heartbroken that we had to say "goodbye" to Kelly and her wonderful family. However, we hope to keep in contact and we will miss seeing her almost daily.

From day one of contact Kelly was professional and friendly. Upon first meeting it was clear that Kelly exuded warmth and kindness, her home was clean and cosy filled to the brim with different toys and activities for little ones. As first time parents, Kelly took the time to walk us through the process, funding and contracts, expectations, EYFS framework and showed us all her documents. We were nervous of course, but within a week of our daughter starting with Kelly we felt reassured... and now nearly 2 years later, we know we made the right choice!

Our daughter has THRIVED under Kelly's care. Kelly goes above and beyond for all the children she looks after. From activities and play in the home to support their learning and development to going out into the community and exploring. Not only did Kelly extend warmth and care to our daughter, but to us as parents. Kelly is great at communication and updated us via Whatsapp along with pictures of our daughter doing various activities and smiling. Kelly supported us as parents and with Kelly's 20+ years of experience professionally and as a mum herself, we were always keen to take any advice and guidance Kelly had to offer. We worked so well together. All the effort, love and care Kelly has poured into our daughter will never be forgotten.

Kelly, you will always be a part of our daughter's story. Thank you and your wonderful children for opening up your home and hearts to our little girl.

We cannot recommend Kelly enough. She has all the qualities and experience you can wish for as a childminder.
