Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m a warm, caring and reliable childcare professional who genuinely loves working with children and creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where they can feel confident and happy.
I’m someone who is naturally patient, attentive and adaptable, and I really enjoy getting to know each child’s individual personality, interests and routine. I love encouraging children to learn through play, explore their independence and, most importantly, have fun!
Alongside my professional childcare experience, I also have experience babysitting children of different ages, so I’m comfortable adapting to different families, routines and needs.
I’m currently relocating to Solihull in December 2026 and I’m excited to build new relationships with local families and become someone they can genuinely trust and rely on. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience, enthusiasm and caring nature to a new family!
My Experience
I have over 5 years of professional childcare experience working with children from 3 months to 5 years, alongside babysitting experience with both younger and older children.
My experience has given me a strong understanding of providing warm, attentive and personalised care. I am confident caring for babies and young children one-to-one, following their individual routines, supporting feeding and sleep, encouraging development through play and helping them build confidence and independence.
I have experience working with children with additional needs and understand the importance of adapting my approach to each child’s individual personality, abilities and communication style. I have also completed Speech and Language training, which has helped me support children with their communication and language development.
As a childcare professional, I enjoy creating engaging activities based on a child’s interests, whether that’s creative play, reading, outdoor adventures, sensory activities or supporting early learning. I’m also happy to become part of a family’s routine and provide reliable, consistent care that parents can feel confident in.
I have a strong understanding of safeguarding, child wellbeing, allergies and dietary requirements, safe sleep and creating a safe and nurturing environment. I hold Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene qualifications and am DBS checked.
I’m comfortable caring for children independently and adapting to different family routines, making sure each child feels safe, valued and cared for.
