My Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable full-time nanny to join our family in Billericay from January 2027.

Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 9am–5/6pm.

Pay: Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications

The role will primarily involve caring for our youngest daughter, Poppy, who will be 6 months old. Our eldest, Ruby (3), attends nursery, although we’re planning to reduce her days to 2–3 per week, so the role will also involve caring for both girls together.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing loving, attentive care and age-appropriate developmental activities
* Taking the girls to local classes, playgroups and outings
* Preparing meals and supporting weaning
* Baby-related household duties, including bottles, children’s laundry and keeping play areas tidy
* Supporting the girls’ daily routines
* Occasional drop off/ pick up toddler from nursery on an as needed basis
* Occasional overnight childcare when we travel for work

Additional details:

* Paid annual leave
* Opportunity for international travel with our family, including a planned trip to Florida in February 2027 (all travel expenses covered, with additional compensation agreed)

We’re looking for someone with baby and toddler experience, a full driving licence and a warm, proactive approach to childcare.
