My Experience

I am deeply passionate about supporting and nurturing children, and this enthusiasm has guided my academic and professional journey. I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, where I gained both theoretical knowledge, including child development theories such as Piaget and Bowlby, and practical experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) of Primary School. I particularly focused on supporting children with Special Educational Needs, using PECS and alternative communication devices to enhance their communication skills, which strengthened my commitment to inclusive care.

I have also gained hands-on experience working alongside a nanny, attending playgroups and creating stimulating educational activities, as well as roles as a playworker at an Afterschool Club and a Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for a non-verbal autistic child. These experiences allowed me to develop skills in planning activities, adapting learning for individual needs, using alternative communication methods, and providing personal care.

Currently, as a Level 3 Apprentice Early Years Educator, I focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and learn. I am committed to further developing my skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support for children in all aspects of their development. I am enthusiastic about bringing my experience, patience, and dedication to a nanny role, ensuring the well-being, growth, and happiness of every child I work with.

Due to gain Level 3 Early Years Education qualification late March 2026

My Availability

I have stated Monday to Friday, before school to Evening. I would be happy discussing extra hours and weekend work where needed.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
• Nannying from £13.50 per hour (gross)
