Hi family’s
My name is Francqui. I am 29 years old and a level 3 qualified nursery nurse with 10 years experience of working in two private nurseries. I am a room leader so therefore responsible for the smooth running of the toddler room which is for children from 18 months to 3 years. I also oversee and shadow new staff members and help with their development and knowledge. I have the responsibility of both opening up the nursery and checking and closing it at the end of the day. I liaise with parents on a day to day basis and give feedback on events and accomplishments from the day. I love my job but now I feel the time is right to persue a career in the private nannying sector. I would like to find a long term family, where I can grow with the child/ children and develop, a strong, trusting bond, not only with the child but with the parents to. I would love to be a part of seeing a child in my care flourish.
My Experience
I have been very lucky to gain first hand experience of taking care of children within their own home. Whilst I was doing my childcare studies I had the opportunity to work alongside my mum to gain first hand experience. My mum has been a Nanny for 40 years and she gets as much pleasure out of nurturing her charges, now, as she did when she started on her career path. Every child has held a special place in her heart. I just hope that I can have the same experience.
I find looking after children is so rewarding. It’s always been my passion and always will.
My Qualifications
BTEC First Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning & Development
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (QCF)
My Availability
I am currently half way through my 3 month notice from my nursery which comes to an end on the 5th of March.
I will be available week commencing the 11th of March 2024.
I am available for interviews now.
