Our son has been with Penny since he was around 9.5 months old and is just about to turn 3 now. From the get go, Penny listened to me as an anxious first time mum, reassured me and from day one has treated Alfie like her own. Alfie is super sensitive and shy and Penny has put so much work in to bring him out of his shell - watching his confidence grow from being in her care is just incredible. Penny’s communication is second to none, and she’s always there to give reassurance even if it’s at a ridiculous hour of the night! Our son absolutely loves Penny and his friends in her setting, he regularly asks to go there on his days off. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything Penny has done in helping Alfie’s development, she’s an absolute angel and would recommend her to everyone. We’re so lucky and grateful to have found such an amazing childminder who our son adores, and that we adore too.
