About Me
I am a newly qualified teacher looking to help out some families over the summer! I previously worked in Canada where I spent 6 years working as nanny. I also worked in a nursery up in Scotland for a year but have finally decided to return home to Cornwall!
I also previously taught children to snowboard all over world and am very keen to get outside and make the most of the outdoors.
My Experience
I am a newly qualified teacher and
I have worked as a nanny for 6 years in Canada. As my job was a nanny share I usually had 3-4 children aged 3 and under at one time.
I would often take them swimming, snowboarding, to playgroups, the park, the children’s pump track, you name it we did it!
I’m also keen on arts and crafts with the kids and science experiments as well as getting outside as much as possible, often puddle hunting and sailing paper boats in them.
My Qualifications
I have a first class degree in public relations but decided working with children is actually what I want to do and have just completed my PGCE to become a full time primary school teacher. I am DBS checked.
Have over 6 years worth of child care experience as a nanny in Canada as well as snowboard instructor around the world mostly working with children.
My Availability
Currently available any time from July to september
