I am very capable and comfortable with both academic and developing the holistic aspect of children as I have been actively involved in pre-school extra-curricular activities and Saturday school -Key Stages 1-4, including G.C.S.E. I can thus demonstrate a record of accomplishment as a firm and effective practitioner who finds innovative ways to engage and motivate students. My practice uses intrinsic and extrinsic approaches and empowering every child to enjoy learning and push personal boundaries. As you can see, my past 20 plus years in education has taught me to adapt to a wide range of diverse learners of all ages.

. My job experience to date includes: Mentor, Advocate, Senior Cover Supervisor, Teacher and Nanny. I have developed a range of educational and professional knowledge and skills which include flexibility, effective communication skills, decisiveness, calmness in a crisis, patience and above all caring for the most vulnerable. I am currently employed as a Senior Cover Supervisor and Teacher at a vibrant, aspirational school in East London however, I am ready for a change in direction and increasingly drawn towards returning to a more nurturing role.
