About Me
We are a family of 4 (me, my husband and our two boys), living on St Asaph Road in Brockley, where we have lived for the last 6 years. My husband and I both work in busy jobs and while we have managed with nursery pick ups until now, our older son starts school in September, which will mean that we require some assistance.
Both boys are happy, chatty and busy, but importantly polite. They have attended nursery 5 days a week, all day since they were each about 10 months old and, therefore, they are comfortable being left in the care of others. However, we would want them to meet prospective candidates to ensure that they and the prospective candidate got on.
My Requirements
We are looking for some help either 3 or 4 days a week (ideally Monday to Thursday) picking up our two sons from school and nursery, and preparing tea / a snack for them from September. While our younger son gets tea at nursery, our older son will not.
Our older son starts school in September (he is 5 in October) and will be going to Haberdashers Hatcham Temple Free School (Pepys Road). Our younger son is 3 (4 in January 2027) and attends Banana Moon nursery (Hollydale Road). Pick up would be from each of those two sites, anytime between 5pm and 6.30pm.
We are open to discussing hourly rates. We would be prepared to pay more than the going rate for the right person - someone who is reliable, gets on well with the boys and able to assist over a period of time, e.g. more than a few months.
