I am a single working mother with a 7 year old Autistic pre verbal son.
My Requirements
I would require someone who can pick him up after school and stay with him between the hours of 3-6pm. I also travel for work so I will also require someone who can be flexible(however this can be split into 2 roles if required). Flexibility is important to me and i will also require someone who is patient as my son needs require this.
