We are looking for a childminder/Nanny for our son with additional needs. Currently doing EHCP with current nursery but want to switch him to a smaller setting/environment.

He is incredibly smart (started reading at 2years 3 months) and loves all things musical or bugs but is delayed socially and emotionally.
