My Requirements
*About The Role*
We are looking for a warm, experienced, and highly engaged nanny to help care for our toddler and baby. Both parents are in full time employment with regular commuting to London.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with both age groups and be of a kind, patient and confident nature. Genuine enthusiasm for their work is essential, as is reliability. They will be part of a loving, nurturing and well-organised home where we parent with a gentle leadership style; fair but firm boundaries are communicated in a calm, kind and patient way to our children, with emotional intelligence.
The successful candidate will be fully up to date on modern child development practices, particularly regarding infant and toddler safety, responsive care, and learning development.
They will be in sync with the parent’s desire to foster a loving, safe and happy home environment where children are supported by present and engaged adults. The right candidate will be comfortable and confident in leading screen-free, engaging days, filled with books, outdoor play and crafts. Our children have been involved in all of our household activities from the very beginning and enjoy cooking, playing, singing and tidying with us!
Having the right nanny to support our busy working family is of utmost importance to us and we strive to mirror the expectations we have from an employee by in turn being understanding, kind and genuinely caring employers
