About Me
I am a nanny and postnatal doula so I offer both services. I am an experienced nanny and offer standard nannying and babysitting services, I also include tuition services and light household chores if pre agreed. I am also a trained postnatal doula and and offer day and night time support for parents needing help with a newborn.
My Experience
I have vast experience with nannying and have worked with many families both long term and on an ad hoc basis. I also have experience offering a range of services as a postnatal doula, including night doulaing, sleep training for small infants and postpartum support for mothers.

My Availability
For nannying/babysitting I offer ad hoc services. As well as standard nannying/babysitting I also offer extended days for parents who need to be away from their children and need full time care, at a discounted rate. I am also a travel nanny and can accompany families who need assistance on holidays.
For doulaing offer up to 6 week bookings that cover a wide range of care for mother and baby. This can be booked in advance ahead of baby’s arrival so that we can get a thorough care plan ready. Please get in touch to discuss rates.

Household activities. Modestine’s constant encouragement significantly improved my breastfeeding. She is highly professional and open in her communications. She made notes of my entire postpartum journey which I absolutely cherish now. I was very impressed with her doula work so I hired her as a nanny for my baby. Modestine quickly made strong connection with my baby and looked after her very well, helping with her milestones, feeding and keeping her properly stimulated. My daughter and I both miss her and hope she can work with us again in future. Modestine is natural with babies , she is kind and affectionate. I cannot recommend her enough.

Modestine came to work with us as a temporary, live-in, proxy parenting nanny while I was working abroad.
She agreed to look after my 5 year old daughter at very short notice when the previous one walked out, and we liked her straight away on first meeting.
Modestine lived in our home, taking full responsibility for all aspects of my DD's daily life, both in term time and also for the week of half term.

Her interactions with me were open, honest and clear. She facilitated video calls between me and DD whenever possible, and the way she spoke to DD & explained things was fantastic; perfect.
I would love to have Modestine work with us again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I am also more than willing to take calls or emails from anyone who is considering hiring Modestine and has any questions.
