After having an awful experience with a local nursery, someone I know recommended Jemma to me. Given the experience with the nursery I felt very anxious & overwhelmed leaving my one year old daughter in the care of someone else. Jemma instantly made me feel at ease, I could tell she was a caring & warm person with children of her own (who my daughter also adores). Within a session or two Isla warmed to Jemma & Cathy & after a handful of sessions she was eager to arrive & now puts her arms out straight away for cuddles when she sees them. I receive a number of photographs daily so I know what she’s up to & I’m now stress free knowing that she is happy, having fun and in great care.

Jemma is a wonderful childminder who goes above and beyond for our daughter, nothing is a bother and she is always happy to help, give advice or answer any questions we ever have. We are really glad we chose Jemma, she does lots crafts, activities, educational learning and classes with the children and takes them out for the day which we are grateful for.

Jemma is amazing! She has been looking after our little boy for almost a year now and we feel so lucky that we found her. The whole family are so good with him and he loves going there. She does so much with him throughout the days from activities, playing in the garden to taking him on days out and her care is so personable and genuine. I feel like we have won the jackpot in finding her and we talk about how lucky we have fallen every single day after we’ve picked him up. She is exactly who you would want to take care of your children. Kind, patient, attentive and caring.
