Superb!

Cindy has looked after my granddaughter five days a week for over two years now. She is an absolutely amazing childminder in every regard and our lives only function as they do thanks to her support and flexibility. She has our absolute trust and confidence, and has had that since day 1.

Her setting is amazing, highly educational, completely safe and immaculate. Her warmth, kindness, compassion and care show through in every single interaction. She is flexible, adaptable, and willing to help if there is a problem. She is highly organised, extremely knowledgable in her field, and the consummate professional in every regard. She places great emphasis on her own development and that of the children in her care, and that shows in the quality of the care provided.

My granddaughter absolutely adores her, is delighted to go there every day, and constantly tells us how much fun she is having.

If you are looking for a childminder you will do exceedingly well to find anyone half as good, never mind any better. Absolute recommendation from us, if you are looking for childminding support and she has space then snap her up!

It has been an absolute privilege to care for your granddaughter over the past two years and to watch her grow, learn and develop into the wonderful little character she is. Knowing that she comes into my setting happy, feels safe and secure, and goes home telling you all about the fun she has had means more to me than I can say.

I also really appreciate the trust that you and your family have placed in me from the very beginning. As a childminder, being trusted with someone’s most precious little person is something I never take for granted.

I put so much time, care and thought into creating a safe, nurturing and educational environment for the children, so to have that recognised in such a lovely way is incredibly rewarding.

Thank you also for acknowledging the support and flexibility I try to provide. Childcare is very much a partnership with families, and having such a wonderful relationship with you all makes my job even more enjoyable.
