About Me
Hello! My name is Hayley and I have worked in childcare since 2012. I began working as a nursery nurse with children aged from birth - 5 years, until 2020 when my own daughter was born, and have been childminding since 2023.
Being a mother myself I understand how difficult it can be to be away from your children, so I aim to provide a home from home setting, where children feel safe, cared for and supported in their learning.
My Experience
I began working in childcare in 2012, where I worked in a day nursery. This was mainly in the 0-2 room but I did also spend time working with the 2-3 year old and preschool children. In 2020 I had my own daughter, and after a wonderful 8 years working in childcare I chose to be a stay at home mum for a few years. I returned to work as a childminder in 2023.
My Qualifications
I gained a level 3 qualification in children’s care, learning and development in 2012. In 2023 I completed an introductory childminding training course to refresh my knowledge. I also have completed a full paediatric first aid course. I plan to continue adding to my training throughout my time as a childminder.

Hayley is the childminder for my one year old daughter, she absolutely adores her and always leaves with a smile on her face with I pick her up after work. Hayley is a very kind, caring, nurturing, fair and loving lady, and when I go to work, I feel at ease knowing that she is in safe hands.
Hayley sends me regular updates throughout my days at work, to let me know how my daughter is getting on and often sends photos too. I have really noticed an improvement in her development since being with Hayley, she is definitely learning a lot.
Hayley’s experienced background with working in childcare, and having her own child, I just knew that she was the childminder for us when I came across her details. Hayley is extremely professional, she completes a daily feedback form to update me on when my daugther has slept, fed, what she has been up to etc, which I find really helpful to look through at the end of the day.
Going back to work after being on maternity leave can be a rollercoaster, but Hayley really reassured me and made my return to work so much smoother than I expected. Thank you for giving the best care to my daughter Hayley, I really don’t know what we would do without you!
