Working mum, solo parenting an active 3yr old boy.
Speech delay has been identified so we seek a SEN friendly babysitter.

My Requirements
Seeking weekend childcare/baby sitting including supporting us on trips and outdoor adventures at your discretion. We want to have a long term continuity, ongoing relationship where possible whilst we appreciate there may be time off needed for holidays/R&R.
My son is very much an outdoors person.
We also hope to spend time with horses whilst the weather is pleasant.
Note:
Weekdays Monday to Friday he is at the childminders, so we seek support Weekends (on a continuous basis) and School holidays (on an adhoc basis).
However, I also want to build relationships with adhoc babysitters I can rely on for support during the year when I have evening work commitments.
