About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Capel. I live with my partner and our 4 children, aged 12, 10, 10 and 1. We have a golden retriever called Woody, chickens, a rabbit, and hamster and a tortoise. We have a large garden which we use regularly. We enjoy spending lots of time outside and being creative. We regularly visit local farms, National Trusts and local groups.
My Experience
I have over 20 years experience working with children. I have worked as a nanny - in UK and abroad - nurseries, school, hospital, as well as bringing up my own 4 children.
My most recent jobs were working in a primary school as a Learning Support Assistant, mainly in infants, and working in a hospital neonatal unit caring for premature and unwell babies.
My Qualifications
I have Level 3 NVQ and Diploma in Childcare and Education.
I have recently completed the Become A Registered Childminder (BARC) course which included Safeguarding and EYFS training.
I have completed my Paediatric First Aid training.
My Availability
I have space for baby - preschool age Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I can take children from 7.30am until 6pm, although I may be able to be flexible with these times. I also may be able to offer collection in mornings depending on times.
