About Us

Bridgwater & Taunton College Childcare Centre is at the heart of the community and located at the College's Bridgwater Centre on Bath Road.

The Centre is rated outstanding by Ofsted, and has places for all children in the community aged four months to five years.

The standard of care is high, and staff are fully qualified. The children’s routines are set around their individual needs and placement hours are very flexible. Healthy meals* and snacks are provided throughout the day, with varied menus throughout the week.

The Centre has purpose built accommodation, with an extensive secure outdoor area boasting an ‘inspirational garden', where children can explore both indoor and outdoor learning. The concept of ‘freeflow play’ is encouraged, and children can move around the activities in the Centre, as well as having open access to the garden.
