Hi there, my name is Serena and I am currently a Deputy Manager at a Nursery and have been there for 7 years. I am very dedicated in childcare and love seeing children thrive and grow in their development and being part of their journey to get them to where they are. I have a caring, bubbly and nurturing approach and build bonds with children quickly. As well as Nursery experience, I also have babysitting experience for other families again from newborn age - teenage age. I have a niece and a nephew and I also have close bonds with my friends children who I have also looked after. I am very helpful and polite and like to help familes in need for childcare.

My Experience
I have 12 years experience in childcare and hold an SVQ Level 3 & 4. I have experience with children from newborn age - teenager age. I also have experience with children who may have additional support needs such as Autism, nonverbal/verbal. I am first aid trained, behaviour management trained and have a continuous development plan folder with all training I have been on past and present. This ranges from attachment training, schema training, introduction to speech therapy, food hygiene etc.
My Qualifications
Social Services Children and Young People SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7)
Social Services Children and Young People SVQ Level 4 (SCQF Level 9)
My Availability
Monday and Wednesdays I can be free from 6:30pm onwards. (I finish work at 6:30pm)
Thursdays can be free from 1pm onwards. (I finish work at 1pm)
Friday can be free from 6:30pm onwards/overnight.
Saturday - am, pm and evenings.
Sunday - afternoons and evenings.
