Having grown up in Australia, I’m very outdoorsy and adore hiking, swimming, skiing, horse riding, exploring new places, and travelling. I love all animals so it would be a dream to work for a household with pets! In my free time I enjoy trying out new recipes, reading, swimming laps, writing, and spending time with my friends.
My Experience
I have 5 years of experience working with children aged 7 months to 9 years. My experience ranges from working collaboratively in a shared care team to more autonomous sole care roles and proxy parenting. I've looked after children from a variety of very different families, so I'm able to adapt to a range of parenting styles and individual needs of each unique child. I have experience maintaining a busy schedule, and I enjoy coming up with fun new activities and days out that align with children’s current interests and create wonderful childhood memories!
Although I'm primarily a nanny, I'm confident with all nursery duties and most day-to-day housekeeping tasks (washing and drying clothes, cooking, tidying, doing the dishes).
I can provide several exceptional references from current and previous employers. I’m hoping to stay with my next family for 3+ years!
My Qualifications
I have an Associate Diploma of Speech and Drama Teaching, a Diploma of Acting, and a BA (Hons) in Screen Acting, for which I received a 1:1.
I'm DBS Checked and am qualified in Paediatric First Aid.
I've completed a Level 2 Award in an Introduction to Neuroscience in Early Years (2024) and am currently working towards my accreditation in Level 3 Maternity Nurse Training.
My Availability
I'm currently available every weekday and am looking to work around 40-50 hours per week.
