I am seeking an experienced and understanding individual to support my bright and energetic 9-year-old son. He is autistic with ADHD and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), and thrives best with patient, flexible, and creative support.
What I am looking for:
- Someone calm, nurturing, and consistent.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) in supporting children with additional needs.
- Able to create a safe, fun, and structured environment while also adapting to his individual needs.
- Encourages independence, play, and positive social interactions.
Details:
- Location: Hove (BN3)
- Hours: Weekends or Saturday/Sunday. And occasional overnight stays - if possible
- Start: As soon as possible
