My Requirements

We need someone for three days a week—Ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (although this has the potential to be flexible for the right candidate), with occasional evening babysitting to give us some much-needed time together.

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to find someone who is trustworthy, proactive, and great with children—someone who enjoys lending a hand and being part of a family environment. Experience with young kids is a plus, and a kind, nurturing attitude is essential!

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Home Management:

General Tidying & Organisation – Keeping the house tidy, tidying up after the children, and ensuring the home stays organised

Laundry – Washing, folding, and putting clothes away

Dishes & Kitchen Maintenance – Keeping the kitchen tidy, loading/unloading the dishwasher

Meal Prep – Helping with simple meal preparation as needed

Organising Spaces – Keeping key areas like toy storage, children’s wardrobes, or kitchen cupboards neat and organised

Home Management – Keeping an eye on household supplies and letting us know when things need restocking

Running Errands – Picking up groceries, collecting dry cleaning, or other small tasks as needed

Childcare & Family Support:

Occasional care of our five-year-old son and one-year-old daughter, mainly helping with their evening routine, including dinner and getting them ready for bed

Evening Babysitting – Occasionally looking after the children so we can have some time together

Activity & Play Support – Engaging with the children in a fun and educational way, like reading, crafts, or simple outdoor play

School/Nursery Drop-Off & Pick-Up (if applicable) – Occasional help with transport
