My Experience

During a fulfilling 10-month period as a full-time nanny, I had the privilege of caring for a dynamic trio of children. Initially, my role encompassed providing attentive care to a spirited toddler and a bright 5-year-old attending school. Once the youngest turned 6 months I began to provide nurturing care for them also.

My daily responsibilities were multifaceted, beginning with the morning routine of rousing the children, dressing them, and providing them with nourishing food so that they were prepared for the day ahead. Depending on parental schedules, I facilitated school drop-offs and pickups, accompanied by enriching educational outings for the toddler to destinations such as: the park, museums, toddler classes and soft play centers. Such outings were opportunities for embracing educational exploration and encouraging creativity and curiosity of the outside world.

After the eldest finished school, I would either take them to their after-school activities or would return home with them and help them with their homework or create educational activities for them and their younger siblings to engage in together, facilitating familial bonding. In the evenings, I would craft filling and healthy meals, orchestrate soothing bath times and peaceful bedtimes to instill a sense of comfort and security.

As the baby transitioned to bottle feeding, I embraced their care with tenderness and attentiveness, ensuring their nourishment and well-being at every turn. Moreover, my commitment extended beyond daylight hours, as I provided evening babysitting, affording the parents valuable time together.

Additionally, during the 10-month period I assumed sole care of the two eldest children during a parental vacation.

My dedication remained unwavering throughout, fostering a nurturing environment where each child could thrive, learn, and flourish under my care.

My Qualifications

My qualifications include 10 months of dedicated nannying, extensive evening babysitting experience, and six months of volunteering as a tutor. Currently, I am studying Chemical Physics at the University of Glasgow and hold ABRSM qualifications in piano, violin, and music theory. These experiences reflect my commitment to nurturing children and pursuing academic and musical excellence.

My Availability

I'm available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Mon-Thur), and until 5:00 pm on Fridays, from the 20th of May onward.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

My hourly rate from 8 am to 7 pm is £10. For any additional hours before 8 am or after 7 pm, my rate is £12 per hour, ensuring flexibility and reliability when needed.
