My Experience
I am a warm, energetic and dedicated childcare professional with over two years of leadership experience in early years settings. Currently, I work as a Unit Manager in a toddler room, where I lead a team and support children aged 2–3 years through some of their most important developmental stages.
Working with children is genuinely my passion. I love being part of their journey, watching them develop new skills, build confidence and reach important milestones. Seeing children flourish and knowing I have played a positive role in their growth is incredibly rewarding, and it has reinforced that childcare is the career I am meant to be in.
