My Experience

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and have over a decade of combined teaching and childcare experience across South Africa and the UK. My teaching background spans children aged 3-18, and I currently work as a full-time live-out nanny for a family with three children.

I maintain up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certification, an enhanced DBS check, and continually invest in professional development through additional courses and training.

In April 2026, I completed my Babyem Level 4 Maternity Nurse qualification, further expanding my knowledge of infant care and early childhood development. I am particularly passionate about gaining more hands-on experience with babies and children under 3.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, and continuing to develop my West Coast Swing dancing skills.

My Availability

I currently work full-time for a wonderful family and have been with them for the past four years.

Current working hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
07:30 - 09:00 and 14:00 - 19:00
Tuesday: 07:00 - 19:00

From September, my mornings will become available, allowing me to explore new opportunities with families seeking dedicated childcare support.

I am particularly interested in positions that will allow me to further develop my hands-on experience with infants and young children while building long-term, meaningful relationships with families.

I am also available for evening babysitting and weekend care.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £22.00 per hour
• Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)

My rates are open for discussion depending on the family needs, role expectations, and the level of care required. I am happy to negotiate fair compensation that reflects both my experience and professional development.
