Exceptional Childminder: Reliable, Caring and Atte

Heather has been caring for my daughter since September 2024 for 15 hours a week, and from September 2025, we’re increasing to 30 hours weekly—and I couldn’t be happier with her! She is absolutely lovely, reliable, easy-going, and incredibly clean, which is so reassuring as a parent. As a first-time mum, I’ve found her guidance invaluable.

What truly sets Heather apart is her attentiveness to my daughter’s development. Anytime I have a concern, she focuses on it and ensures everything is addressed with care and professionalism. My daughter adores her—every time we arrive at Heather’s door, she giggles with excitement and looks genuinely happy. Unlike with strangers, where babies might cry, my daughter is completely at ease with Heather.

The communication with Heather is outstanding (10/10!), and I always feel reassured knowing my child is in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Heather is also incredibly understanding of my non-standard work hours, which makes things so much easier for me as a working mum.

I highly recommend Heather to any parent looking for a reliable, caring, clean, and flexible childminder. She’s truly amazing!
