My Requirements

We are a friendly family seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive nanny to support the care of our 2.5 year old son. The role will involve nursery pick-ups, childcare, meal preparation, engaging activities, and helping with his daily routine.

The role will start as 3 days a week from September 2026.
Monday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (6 hours)
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm (4 hours)
Thursday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm (4 hours)
There is some potential extended hours and baby sitting on offer too. We are flexible.

Childcare arrangements will be reviewed due to school setting/arrangements to be confirmed when our son is older. As a result, the days and hours available are expected to change and may increase. We are therefore looking for someone who can offer a degree of flexibility as our childcare needs evolve.

We are looking for someone who is gentle, nurturing, and knowledgeable about the milestones and developmental stages of a 2-year-old, with the confidence to encourage learning and growth through play and everyday activities. The successful candidate will be able to maintain the excellent routines currently in place while adapting and introducing new routines as our son grows and his needs evolve. They should be experienced in planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing healthy snacks and meals, and managing meal-time schedules. The role will involve nursery pick-ups. General nanny duties will also be required, including laundry, keeping play areas, and other light child-related housekeeping tasks. We are looking for someone flexible, proactive, and committed to becoming an important part of our family's journey as our son grows and develops.
We are looking for a long-term nanny who is proactive reliable and trustworthy. A driver with their own car is a must.
