About Me

Hello, I'm Caiti, an Ofsted Registered Childminder based in Sholing, Southampton, and the owner of Little Sprouts Childcare.

I have always had a passion for working with children and love watching little ones grow, learn, and develop into confident individuals. My aim is to provide a warm, nurturing, and enriching home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they reach their full potential.

I believe that children learn best through play and hands-on experiences, so I provide a wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and developmental needs. I also enjoy getting out and about with the children, whether that's attending local groups, visiting parks and libraries, exploring the local community, or simply enjoying a walk outdoors.

My home is fully child-friendly and offers a dedicated downstairs playroom with direct access to a secure garden, allowing children plenty of opportunities for both indoor and outdoor play. The playroom is well-equipped with a variety of age-appropriate toys, books, and arts and crafts resources to support learning, creativity, and imagination.

I am also mum to a very sociable little boy who loves welcoming new children into the setting and making new friends.

I currently offer a range of funded childcare options, including:

I am happy to accommodate both full-time and term-time-only placements.
