About Me
My name is Hayley, me and my husband have 2 beautiful children. 1 boy, 12 years with SEN (autism, communication difficulties, incontinence and mild mobility issues e.g. struggles to climb a ladder or climbing frame) and 1 girl 9 years with a touch of sass but is incredibly kind and into art. We own a lovely labrador called Rosie, so you must be okay with excitable dogs. Looking for someone to be my sons PA for after school clubs on Monday and Thursdays term time approx 4 til 5pm. The clubs are SEN clubs for cooking and dancing. I would also be looking for someone occasionally for respite care for both children on evenings and PA support during school break/summer to attend activites/clubs whilst I work, approx 830am til 3pm (this could be with both children as childcare on occasion). I would require a meet n greet (time wud be compensated) the children prior to commiting to ensure care is suitable for both parties. The childcare I am looking to secure is 1 or 2 days a week in the months of July and August (flexible but they will need to be the same day every week preferably for consistency). They both enjoy time out at the park on scooters, playing in the garden, eating out and softplay centres.
My Requirements
My son Phillip requires helps with personal care (incontinence) and needs supervision at all times. Ensuring his safety as he has no danger awareness. DBS checked ideally or strong references. Will need help and encouragnent to access and engage in activities like swimming, park and other local events (of your choosing). Experience with SEN preferable, a sense of humour and patience to help him complete everyday tasks or enjoy interests (watching trains). My daughter Scarlett needs someone who is sensitive as recently been a victim of bullying and her confidence has been knocked somewhat and she is struggling to manage some friendships from this due to anxiety. Looking for PA afterschool clubs for 1.5 hours on Monday n Thursday (ideally you would be able to provide transport but not essential as this could be arranged as activites are located in oakham+cottesmore). Looking for occasional PA work/respite care, during holidays and half term.
