My Experience

I have over 6 years of hands-on experience working with young children, from tiny babies to energetic preschoolers. I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have worked as a Baby Room Lead in a busy nursery setting, where I gained valuable experience nurturing children through their earliest, most important stages of development.

As a mum of four myself, I understand just how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, and understood. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, has shaped my approach to childcare—creating a calm, homely environment where children can feel confident to be themselves and grow at their own pace.

Over the years, I’ve supported children with different needs and stages of development, always focusing on building strong relationships and promoting each child’s independence, creativity, and self-esteem. I believe in learning through play, following each child’s interests, and providing plenty of opportunities for exploration, imagination, and fun.
