My Experience

I have previous experience working with young children as a volunteer, gaining a bronze millennial award. I have experience minding children from the ages of 6 years old - 18 years old. I have worked in a Boarding House, ensuring the wellbeing of children at all times, conducting sleep-in’s to ensure their safety throughout the night also. The 32 children I took care of within the boarding house made it no secret that I was the most “fun” house parent, often leaning on me as the big sister figure and knowing I would always put their best interest first when it came to their needs and safeguarding.

Further to this I have worked in an evening youth club for young children, organising games and ensuring a stimulating and educating environment is provided for each child’s needs, from crafts to karaoke!

I also have a VRQ level 2 diploma in professional cookery and have about 4 years of culinary experience in the industry. I have a great understanding nutrition and allergens - meaning if you need healthy meals/ snacks cooked for little ones, I’m able to cater to these needs.

My Qualifications

I have first aid training as well as qualifications in food safety and professional cooking so making nutritious meals isn't an issue.

My Availability

I’m currently unemployed and available at all times :)

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
