My Requirements

We are a growing family currently without much local support and we are looking for a kind, reliable Mother’s Help to support us when our baby arrives in January 2027.

We only have our older children half of the week, so the main focus would be helping with our younger children (ages 2&3) maintaining routines and easing the day-to-day pressures of the newborn stage.
We are hoping to find someone warm and dependable who can become a trusted and valued part of our family life.

* Support could include:

Helping with meal preparation, laundry, and light household tidying for a few hours each week

On Mondays, spending time with our younger children through play, park trips and activities, allowing me time to bond with our baby.

Occasional care for our baby so I can catch up on any housework, run errands, attend a gym class and just rest when needed - these hours will be discussed closer to the time.

The occasional evening babysitting on either a Friday or Saturday to allow my husband and I some time together

At present, we anticipate requiring approximately 4 hours on Mondays, with additional ad hoc babysitting as needed, Plenty of notice would be provided for any additional hours wherever possible.

DBS checked

Paediatric first aid preferred

Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable

Someone nurturing who children naturally feel comfortable around

We would love to find someone who can grow alongside our family and become a familiar, supportive presence in our children’s lives. Once a good relationship and trust has been established, we would likely look to extend the hours further each week.
