My Summary

My Experience

During my two week placement at a nursery, I had the opportunity to follow the children’s set routine and support the daily structure of the day. I participated in a variety of activities with the children, including story time, creative play, outdoor games, and group learning sessions. I was also able to take on some responsibility by helping to organise and prepare activities, ensuring that they were age-appropriate and engaging. This experience allowed me to build positive relationships with the children and develop my confidence in working within a childcare setting, while also deepening my understanding of how important routines and structure are in early years development. I am also currently working part-time at a primary school as part of my work experience. In this role, I have developed a range of valuable skills, including building positive relationships with pupils and staff, improving my communication and teamwork abilities, and supporting children in a learning environment.

My Qualifications

I have achieved my GCSEs and completed my Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. I am currently in college working towards completing my Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.

My Availability

I am currently available for part-time work. My availability includes all weekdays. I am also flexible during college holidays and can adjust my schedule when given advance notice. I’m reliable, punctual, and committed to making the most of any opportunity to gain experience and contribute positively in a childcare or health and social care setting.

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
