Perfect, Safe Place for Little Ones to Flourish <3

I was searching for a safe, nurturing place for my 11-month-old daughter, especially as she was born during the height of COVID and I felt particularly anxious about large nurseries or settings where children were taken out on the school run. Someone recommended the childcare app, and that’s how I discovered Bearsprings. From the very beginning it felt like the perfect fit. One of the things that immediately reassured me was that Bearsprings doesn’t take the children out on the school run — they stay in the setting for the day unless there’s a planned little outing — which made me feel much more comfortable and secure.

My mother and I were immediately impressed by the setting. It felt more like a beautiful, well-organised school than a home childcare setting, with a wonderful outdoor space where the children could play, explore, and learn. Ruby and Ursala are incredibly warm, loving, and kind. Ruby, being a qualified primary school teacher, brings so much knowledge, structure, and care into the children’s learning and development.

The meals are nutritious, home-cooked, and thoughtfully prepared. We were always asked about our specific needs – whether it was the type of milk, nappy cream, or hypoallergenic products – and everything was tailored to suit each child. We truly felt seen, heard, and cared for.

Bearsprings has given us more than childcare – we have gained friends for life. The children who attend are happy, confident, and very intelligent. My daughter started here and thrived, so I naturally enrolled my second daughter too. I even recommended the setting to my sister, and now my niece is part of the Bearsprings family as well.

The caregivers are not only professional, but genuinely loving, generous, and always ready to help, guide, and support. They have been like a second family to me, offering advice, reassurance, and kindness every step of the way.

I highly recommend this childcare setting. It has a lovely, close-knit feel because the children are in a smaller group than you’d find in the bigger nursery settings, which makes it feel very safe and personal. It is nurturing, educational, and full of love. Your child will not only be cared for – they will flourish.
