About Me
Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a registered full time childminder based in Sidcup/Blackfen. I have 2 lovely children aged 11 and 9 years old. We have a very friendly pet cockapoo named Ted and a tortoise called Speedy.
My Experience
I am a registered childminder and set my business up in March 24. I chose childminding as a career as my children are that bit older now and I love being around children, playing with them and watching and helping them develop and become their own individual people. I have researched all aspects of childcare and I am qualified with a level 3 award in preparing to work in home based childcare.
I will run my business from home and will provide a home from home environment of which there is plenty of room for learning and play with a good clean outside garden for outdoor play. The environment I will provide will be very much focused on developing children in line with the EYFS. I have lovely parks nearby, libraries and soft play facilities. I will provide lots of activities such as water play, baking, arts and crafts, painting and messy play and will encourage your child to learn by engaging them with activities and play within the 7 areas of learning and development.
