About Me
Available for ad hoc babysitting in the Barnet/Whetstone area during evenings and weekends, alongside the mental health support work I will be doing during the week. I love to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel heard, understood, and valued - this is very important to me and always at the front of my mind during any childcare work that I do. I also hold a certificate in Paediatric First Aid.
I recently completed an MSc in Psychology at the University of Roehampton, following a BA in Acting (Musical Theatre) from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. My long-term aim is to progress onto a Clinical Psychology doctoral programme, specialising in Child Psychology. A strong interest in mental health and developmental psychology continually shapes my understanding of children’s emotional and behavioural needs.
Singing and performing, baking, psychology books, documentaries, animals, nature, and anything artistic are all things that bring me joy and often feed into the creative, engaging way I work with children.
My Experience
I have experience working in primary schools and nurseries as a teaching assistant with children aged 2–11. I also work regularly at Barracudas in Barnet, a children’s activity day camp for ages 4–14, where I have taken on a range of roles including group leader, activity leader, camp administrator, and welfare officer as part of the management team. I was the performing arts teacher to the 5-6 year olds at Jigsaw Performing Arts School Potters Bar on Saturday mornings from April 2024 until July 2025, and I babysit regularly for children aged 3-11.
I am very sensitive to the needs of children of all age groups and I am very accustomed to time-keeping with bedtime routines. I speak Spanish and Catalan fluently, as well as English, and I am more than happy to help children practice their Spanish if that is something they would like :)

I am available for evening babysitting. I am free every day of the week from 5pm. I take babysitting bookings on a first come first serve basis.
