My Experience
I’m currently working in a primary school supporting children with special needs. I provide daily care, assist with their day to day activities and help maintain a clean and safe environment. I build close 1 to 1 bonds with the children, getting to know their likes and dislikes and adapting activities to suit them. I support them with feeding, changing, personal care and keeping their spaces tidy and organised. I also enjoy playing with them, reading and encouraging positive behaviour. I love sharing laughter and creating a pleasant atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued and supported.
Alongside this, I have babysitting experience caring for children of various ages, where I have been responsible for their safety, daily routines and overall wellbeing. I am confident working independently, managing responsibilities and creating a calm and supportive environment. I really enjoy what I do and would love to extend that care outside of the school.
